Our PCB portfolio contains a broad variety of PCB types; from 2L PCBs to highly advanced HDI and flex boards. Even though the PCBs we produce differ a lot regarding functionality and areas of use, they all have one thing in common. The common denominator for all PCBs is that our experts oversee that the production – from design to prototyping up to volume – is working according to our processes and product specification.
MULTILAYER
The multilayer PCB segment is a big part of our production. In order to support this important segment, we have developed long-standing relationships with a broad factory base. The factories are carefully selected in our sourcing process.
HDI
We has a long experience building HDI boards, with a factory base with a deep expertise producing HDI PCBs for different market applications. These factories, combined with our worldwide technical organization, bring a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements and manufacturing methods required for successful HDI products.
RF
Radio frequency (RF) PCBs and microwave (MW) circuits can be found in wireless products from handheld devices for medical and industrial applications to advanced communications systems for base stations, radar and global positioning.
IMS
We has approved factories that are specialists in this field, with plants dedicated to IMS – Insulated Metal Base PCBs. This segment is growing rapidly and supporting sectors including automotive, medical, aerospace, lightning applications and industrial controls.
Flexible PCBs (Flex)
The demand for flexible PCBs is increasing in all business segments with especially strong demands from medical, defense and industrial markets. Since the volumes normally are quite small for these segments, We works with a number of HMLV (high-mix, low-volume) factories that fit the technology and volume requirement.
Rigid flex PCBs
Rigid flex PCBs is a complicated product that demands a lot of interaction between our and your technicians. Like other complex products, early discussions between us and the designer is necessary to optimize the design for manufacturability and to optimize costs. We support rigid flex pcbs both locally in Europe and US as well as offshore for higher volume requirements.
Heavy copper PCBs
The heavy copper PCB segment is a growing part of our production. In order to support this important segment, we are developing long-standing relationships with several factories which are carefully selected in our sourcing process.
Double sided PCBs
Our product portfolio includes double sided PCBs for a wide range of applications from medical to industrial controls. This segment is decreasing as our customer’s demands for high layer count boards increases. However, we still produce large volumes with the same quality standards and expectations as our more advanced boards.
